Delivered as a Joint Venture Partnership with an investor, Civecon sourced this exciting project in Richmond. A collection of architecturally designed, modern townhouses were successfully launched to the market, with three of the properties sold off-plan prior to construction. Each townhouse featured 3 or 4 bedrooms, high-end fixtures and fittings, and plenty of storage space.
