A collection of architecturally designed, modern townhouses were successfully launched to the market, with three of the properties sold off-plan prior to construction. All three properties were sold off the plan prior to construction.

After a detailed feasibility analysis we settled on a 5 row dwelling option and were able to deliver the project efficiently and hit the top end of our profitability expectations.
