Since co-founding Civecon with Craig Glynn in 2007, Ian has been instrumental in shaping the company into one of Adelaide’s leading property development firms. Craig is a highly experienced engineer and project manager with a diverse background spanning property development, land management, energy and resources, water infrastructure, civil works, and building industries. His ability to navigate complex, multidisciplinary projects is backed by a proven track record in technical execution, cost control, and strategic scheduling.

Originally established as an investment vehicle, Civecon Developments has flourished into a highly respected property development firm under the leadership of Craig and Ian. Drawing on his expertise in data analysis, risk mitigation, and project execution, Craig plays a pivotal role in ensuring Civecon consistently delivers high-quality, well-planned developments that enrich communities across South Australia.
