Originally established as an investment vehicle, Civecon Developments has flourished into a highly respected property development firm under the leadership of Craig and Ian. Scott Searle

Project Director

Scott has over 20 years’ experience leading the successful delivery of high-quality, award-winning masterplanned communities across South Australia and Queensland. With a professional background in urban planning, he brings comprehensive expertise in the strategic planning and execution required to deliver sustainable, well-integrated communities.

Scott is responsible for the end-to-end management of the land development lifecycle, including feasibility analysis, development approvals, stakeholder and client communications, the coordination and assembly of delivery teams tailored to specific development outcomes. He also oversees the integration of design, delivery, sales and marketing functions leading to the delivery of successful project outcomes.

Highly regarded within the industry, Scott is recognised as a trusted expert in the planning, design and delivery of masterplanned communities.
