Delivered as a Joint Venture Partnership with an investor, Civecon investigated several options for the site including community titled, row and semi-detached options of between 4-6 houses. After a detailed feasibility analysis we settled on a 5 row dwelling option and were able to deliver the project efficiently and hit the top end of our profitability expectations.
