Civecon’s story began well before the company was founded — back at Adelaide University, where Directors, Ian Day and Craig Glynn first met studying Civil Engineering and Economics. Their shared passion for shaping the built environment evolved into a long‑standing partnership grounded in complementary strengths, mutual respect and a commitment to doing things the right way.
That foundation became the catalyst for Civecon; a proudly South Australian development company with an experienced and highly capable team focused on creating neighbourhoods that feel considered, connected and built for the future.
